nice place to stay in puerto del carmen, we stayed just 9 nights. efficient check-in was appreciated. all staff were excellent. location was quiet, close to the harbour and nearby a bus station. additionally, the venue was 15 minutes walk from playa pila de la barrilla and it was good for us.

Clean apartments, friendly reception, convenient key pick-up, value for money, recommend.

We had a very lovely stay in Puerto del Carmen right by the beach and main strip, the harbour, and the restaurant that is attached to the apartments. The stuff members where super-friendly and excellant. The location itself was magnificent and nice near bus stop "Balcones del Mar " where plenty of buses are available...

apartamentos europa made our honeymoon in puerto del carmen even more memorable. the warm welcome, helpful receptionist, and fantastic balcony exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and old town.

We had a pleasant stay at Apartamentos Europa. The apartment was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for our needs. The self-catering facilities, especially the fridge and freezer, were very convenient. The pool area, although small, was acceptable. The staff, when we interacted with them, were helpful and accommodating. we were pleased with our visit and would consider staying here again.

For what we paid £110 for 5 days for 3 adults, Apartamentos Europa was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and a warm welcome upon arrival with efficient check-in. The receptionist was very helpful with local information, and the location is close to the old town. The south facing balcony was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels provided every 2 days, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Ideal for a cheap and cheerful break, I would stay here again.

The apartments were comfortable and ideal for a family of three. We had a pool right outside our door, which was great for our older child and provided shelter from the winds. The location of the apartments was convenient, with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within a short walk. Additionally, we were able to access the pool and bar across the street, where the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

The bedroom shutters and windows did not fit snugly, allowing the wind to blow through and making the room colder. We had to stuff newspaper in the gaps to try and keep the room warmer, but it wasn't very successful.

The apartment was located in a convenient area close to the old town and the harbor where all the bars are. It was also not too expensive and was near the bus stop Balcones del Mar, providing easy access to plenty of buses.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few dishes and kitchen wares, making it difficult to cook a meal.

The size of the main room was great, with plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. , the restaurant next to the rooms was excellent, with delicious food.

The lack of Wi-Fi was a downside, especially in today's connected world. the beds could have been more comfortable.
